※１ 新型コロナワクチン接種証明、新型コロナ陰性証明、その他証明のご提示をお願い致します。

　　 "マスク着用"で"携帯している消毒薬で小まめな手指の消毒"をしながらのご利用をお願い致します。

※３ 新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザ、風邪等、感染症の疑いがある場合、

※４ 新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止の対策として、以下の通り実施致します。
　　 ・機材のレンタル前後に除菌を実施し、
　　　 新型コロナウイルス残存死滅時間を考慮して、５日間（１２０時間）のレンタル禁止期間を設けます。
　　 ・毎日の健康チェックを実施。
　　 　尚、体調不調の場合、申し訳ありませんがキャンセルをお願いする場合があります。
　　 ・感染の疑いが出た場合、感染が判明した場合は、病院等の関連機関へ情報の提供を行います。

※５ 機材の授受や決済等の際のご対面では、以下の通り対応させて頂きます。
　　 ・マスク着用の代表者１人の方のみと、
　　　　マスク、必要に応じてフェイスシールド、手袋を着用にて対応させて頂きます。
　　 ・必要に応じて、小まめな手指の消毒を実施致します。
　　 ・決済は、キャッシュレスのみとさせて頂きます。
*5 In the case of face-to-face delivery and payment of equipment, We will correspond as follows.
　　・Only one person in charge wears a mask, We will wear a mask, face shield and gloves if necessary.
　　・Disinfect your hands.
　　・Only cashless payment is accepted.
